Ingredients:
Moong Dal - 1 ½ cup
Pani - Dal Soak karne ke lie
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 2
Jeera - 1 tsp
Red Chilli - ½ tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp ya fir moti pisi hui mirch
Gota Dhania Seeds - 2 tsp
Namak - taste according
Fresh Dhaniya - 2 tbsp kata hua
Kachi Ghani Sarso Tel - 2 tbsp + fry karne ke lie

Pani - 4-5 liter
Rai ka Powder - 1 tsp
Namak - taste according
Lal Mirch - 1 tsp
Jeera - ½ tsp

Serve Karne ke lie - Bhuna Jeera Powder, Kala Namak, Lal Mirch Ya fir Dahi Bhalla Masala

Dahi Vade ke lie - Meethi Dahi , Khajur Imli ki Chutney , Hari Chutney aur Dahi Bhalla Masala
